i am looking for people to work with me.?
i live in rochester, ny. i work an office cleaning company. i am having a hard time finding people that want to work for me, even though it seems that every other comment is someone complaining about not being able to find a job. now i am looking for people in the rochester area who want to work days and nights, no over night, few weekends and very flexable. the pay 8.20 an hour for an easy job. must have a car and cell phone is not required but helpful as we travel from place to place and something may come up. there is always advancement oppotunities. there only three employees as of right now, and we need more people to work so our company can grow. if you are interested, please respond. this job it good for college students, retirees, anyone who enjoys cleaning and making money for doing it. thank you for time.....

So you want somebody to work for you for $8.20 an hour, and drive their own car, bring their own cell phone, and be open to weekend work, in New York? Hmm, I wonder why you're not getting any responses, when Starbucks pays better, offers predictable schedules and benefits, and is probably more fun.

I think you should post this up with a new title, like "JOB- in Raleigh, _________ pays $8.20 an hour" and then put all the information under it. Like, what the job requires of the person, what time, and how often you will want them to work, and also which days of the week you want them to work on. =)

About Who is better to work for HOME DEPOT or LOWES
Who is better to work for HOME DEPOT or LOWES?
HI folks. Looking for a new job. Which one is better to work for, and what is starting pay. I am in the Army National Guard, other than that I've mostly does security work and I'm REALLY tired of doing security. Also, alot of jobs are open where I am in Rochester NY. What is a good job to apply for?

what does it matter,when i come in and ask for something i need for home repair, you will just say ,oh we don't carry that! or if you don't see it ,we don't have it.

I have worked for Home Depot for one year. I work part time and go to college. My employment treat me very well and with great respect. They are good about giving holiday pay, bonuses, free paid hours etc. My salary is low (8.20), but in Texas that is okay. I am not sure how that salary will transfer to New York. Home Depot is a good company, but unless you are in a position of management there are better jobs out there.

What are my chances of getting into Rochester Institute of Technology?
I have an 85 GPA and a 1720 on my SAT. I'm going to take the ACT in a couple of weeks. I'm going to become an Eagle in boy scouts in a couple of months as well. I've done a lot of work in robotics, such as working with MakerBot Industries, microprocessors, and I'm the president of my high schools Robotics club. I also am on track and wrestling. Is there a pretty good chance I can get in to RIT? Thanks in advance!

How do college interviews work?
If I'm applying to Nazareth in Rochester & I live about an hour and a half away, how would the interview work? Would I have to drive TO Nazareth to have the interview?

Are you sure that you are going to have an interview. My college simply sent me an acceptance letter and scholarship award. All I had to do was meet with an adviser to schedule classes, which could have been done over the phone. Are you an undergraduate or are trying to get into a professional degree program? Usually in interviews they try to feel you out as to what type of person you are. They also want to know your future goals and aspirations so they can make a better informed decision as to whether they will accept you or not. It may take a few weeks after the interview to know if you have been accepted.

About Is Nashville a good place to live and work
Is Nashville a good place to live and work?
I'm a married african american male who work as a nursing assistant and have career goals to make it as a songwriter/producer. My wife and I are planning to relocate from Rochester, NY (near Buffalo). How is living in Nashville?

Nashville's a wonderful city. It's pretty clean and the people are friendly. You can almost normally find a job in what particularly interests you. If you want to be a songwriter/producer, I would suggest Memphis, TN, though. Nashville may be the home of Country Music, but not many hopefuls come from there. Memphis is a better place if you want to be a songwriter- they're more open to it. The reason not many hopefuls come from Nashville is because there are already several country music stars that moved to Nashville (Keith Urban, Kellie Pickler, Tim McGraw, etc) so they want more proffessionals working in Nashville. Memphis, though, has open arms.
